The attunement for increased energy and the healing of asthma had an immediate effect. The weeks leading up to the attunement had been difficult. I had been using my inhaler multiple times a day, and I was always afraid of when the next attack would come on. I had even had a bad asthma attack while driving on the H1, that was so scary!

​The Mercury Retrograde Rx Healing Attunement
I started feeling this retrograde early in the shadow period.  Irritation at work since I felt like I was moving slower and couldn't get things done quickly, I had to redo some of my work, and my thinking felt foggy.  So, when this retrograde attunement came up, I went for it and got the attunement and downloaded it before I went to sleep.  Well, the next day, I could feel the retrograde stronger, but I felt myself flowing through my work and it was as if a cloud lifted from me.  Amazingly I was able to teach a coworker and the communication of information just flowed!  Wow!  The best part is that I can reactivate it if I feel I need it at anytime.  Thank you! Pam's Comment: There is something called a" pre-shadow" period just before Mercury goes retrograde, it begins a few days before it, and there is also a post-shadow phase that lasts for weeks after, with the result being that Mercury retrograde affects us for 2 whole months. This is why it may feel like Mercury is always in retrograde,  because in the case of 2016, it will be in that position (including the pre and post-shadow phases) for 8 months!  Once you "download" this attunement you can reactivate it using your intention and it will calm the frequencies.  

The Zero Depression Attunement
How interesting! Last night I ran my attunement, and experienced quite a lot of energy moving, but this morning I discovered that I had only opened one of the pages Pam sent me. I opened the other file and experienced another wave of energy flowing over me. My guides then told me that it would have been too much all at once.. Better to take small steps...Last night, I could feel sparks of energy all around me. I imagined I would look like Tinkerbell if I could actually see the energy. Like little stars twinkling all around me. When I finally asked my guides to run the attunement, it was like a wave of energy washing over me!

I began to see images, going back in time. Life events that were sorrowful, sadness held in my heart, and white light flowing over them, and the sadness sent back to the earth.  Then I am back in time, all the way back, back, until I was a little infant, just born and perfect, before the world had made it’s impression on me. Then back some more, to past lives of me as a healer, when I didn’t know how to hold my own boundaries, and I took on the pain of the people around me, white light flowing and dissolving. Past karma, dissolved. Then my guides showed me that they were working on the chemicals that control my brain! They told me that they were balancing it and they were sending the healing back up my family tree, back, back.... I could see it branching out like a tree of white light...

I’ve been having glimpses of this “something” that feels so new, almost unrecognizable. It’s like when you open a Christmas present, and it’s the thing you’ve always wanted! I’ve been feeling little bits of it all week, and my guides say “that’s joy! it’s your birthright. It’s what you are meant to feel everyday!”

Today, there is something new, the joy has expanded and it fills my whole being! I can feel it overflowing over my heart,

The Crown Chakra Attunement
I wanted to let you know I was very skeptical of attunements.  I used the chakra crown attunement, followed the directions. I "spoke" to the guides and asked to be free of cravings for marijuana that I have been trying to quit for months.  
I now feel like a rock.  A beast, if you will.  I feel powerful and non-reactionary.  Thank you!  I have been doing it every morning starting Sunday. (4 days) No cravings or desire to pick up.  In the past, when I would try to stop, it was difficult. I'd feel anxious, irritable.  This time, none of that.  Not only none of that, but I feel great.

The Third Eye Attunement
I have been experiencing a clarity of mind since my third eye attunement. I ask a question, and there is a clear answer! I have also been able to hear and feel the messages of my guides more clearly.  Shortly after my attunement, I took a nap. When I woke up, my guides said "It's time to take Teddy out (now, now now)." So I listened, and headed out to the front of my building. As we went through the front gate, there was my elderly neighbor friend, struggling to get out of a car. Her husband had recently passed, and I noticed she was carrying a very heavy urn. The car drove off, leaving her alone on the street struggling with this urn. I know that my guides had sent me out at that exact moment. Teddy and I walked her into the building, through three heavy doors that she would not have been able to get through alone. Half way to her front door, she really began to struggle with the weight of the urn, but she refused to let me help her. She was distraught, and wanted to carry her husband home herself. I am so grateful my guides sent me out at that exact moment. No one should have to go through something like that alone.

When we arrived at her door, I took her keys from her fingers, and looked down at the key ring. She must have had 15 keys on it! Not wanting to take the time to try each key, I asked my guides "Which key?" I knew instantly, and opened the door on the first try. I am really grateful that I was able to be there for Aunty. She and her husband were the first couple my husband and I met when we moved here four years ago. I can also see Uncle's spirit and he doesn't look sick anymore.

That night, I got up in the night and wondered to myself "what time is it...?"  "5:00am" came the clear answer. I was like...HUH???? Somebody answered??  I looked at the clock. It was exactly 5:00am.  I have also been sleeping so deeply, I don't think I have slept this good since my children were born. That was 20 years ago! ---- L.Z., Honolulu, HI 

The Crown Chakra Attunement
I am a Reiki person and have also received many spontaneous attunements through the years in various settings. They have incrementally improved my life in many ways. I opened your email prior to my meditation time on Sunday morning. I felt the strength of it. My crown chakra was WIDE open. Afterwards, I went to Magic Island and bobbed in the water a long time and later lay under a tree. It was a lovelySunday.

Since then I've noticed definite physical indications of adjusting to a new frequency.
I moved to Oahu earlier this year and haven't pursued developing a Reiki clientele. It would be interesting to work on someone and see if I have greater sensitivity. At any rate, I assume all the long distance healing I do will be enhanced.  That's about it for now. I will undoubtedly take a class soon and look forward to meeting you.

The Third Eye Attunement
I initially didn't think a lot would happen with the 3rd eye activation. Still, I thought that jump-starting my Clair's would be nice. I began the attunement Monday night and had several readings to do Tuesday evening. Wow!  My readings have never been this good. We were asked to attend a fundraiser at the Hollywood Forever Cemetary and do readings for 3 hours. I thought well maybe the good energy and fun helped me out. 

So I went to a new Development Circle last night and did 5 shorter readings and my connection to Spirit was clear and wonderful. Could it be that the third eye activation really changed my readings? I'd say so. I am so much more comfortable, relaxed, clearer and hear my guides give me direction. I've gained a lot of trust in myself. 

I was thinking of sharing this with the group I am in. You might have some work on your hands if everyone orders this activation. I'm lovin' it cause I just want to be of service.

The I Am Grounded Attunement 
The I Am Grounded Attunement is amazing! For the first time, I now know what it means to really feel grounded. I have tried the imagery to get myself to feel grounded, but never could get that feeling they talk about. Guess you could say I'm used to feeling floaty most of the time; my norm. So when I tried this attunement, the feeling of really feeling rooted, heavy and like stuck to the ground, it was different for me. The Reiki Attunement for Self Healing
Today, I was driving, at 11:20 am, and the fingertips of my right hand began vibrating. I thought, "Oh, must be I have my arm in  an odd position", so I tried moving it around. It did not subside. Long story short, I decided to put my hands together while it was vibrating.  When I took my hands apart, it had transferred to my right hand. It felt like taking a magnet and moving it back and forth and feeling that pulling sensation.  I got home, and it still hadn't subsided. Something made me  check my email. Low and behold, my attunement had been ready two days ago!  By then it was 1:30 pm, so I decided I would do the attunement when I went to sleep.  I couldn't stand having that sensation for so long, I decided to lay down to activate only the Reiki attunement. (I had ordered more than one attunement). I felt my crown chakra get zapped, then the tingling/vibration started to get stronger in  both hands., The sensation went up to my elbows, both left and right, very strong.  My face started to get the sensation, my legs, and my entire head was being zapped so much, my head began to itch. It is now 7:30 pm, and it is only now, subsiding.  I am very happy with my New Beginning!  I think I should mention that I have been using my Intention candle, Road Opener by Aloha Elixir.  -- Frances T.

OMG!  Excuse my language, but "Damn!"  That attunement is powerful!  I opened it (the pdf instruction) around 5:40 pm. I started feeling it from the time I opened the attachment.  Increase of energy in my body, and then tingling starting in my arms then entire body.  Right now I'm still slightly tingling, some headache.   Somehow, I feel your remote attunements are stronger.  And I like the idea that I can open the email for the attunement again for several days after.  It's like you said, I'm adjusting.  Now it's only some tingling.   J. The Soul Love Attunement
I received the pdf, and experienced a field of energy upon opening it and just reading the directions. That continued until bedtime. I made a prayer and layed my hands. Through the night though I had a strange experience of something happening in my brain so I didn’t get a solid rest. This is gonna sound funny, but do you remember that game we used to play in elementary school where we folded a paper into sort of a 4 quandrant hand puppet or flower, and we would open sideways, then up and down, alternating, and finally lift one flap that had some message in it that we had written under each of the 4 flaps? Well it felt like a hundred of these were going on in my brain all night. The next day, through the whole day I had a series of negative feelings; self-pity, regret, sadness, anger, frustration, unworthiness, etc. It did not derail me at all, I just watched and felt as they came and went. Although it was pretty strong emotion, I was at the same time in a witness state.  I felt the attunement allowed me to access deeper into the barrel than I normally can get to and had pulled layers up for release. I was expecting blissful and loving healing feelings and energy, but what I got was better. The next day I did a couple of meditations from courses I’m taking, and they coincidentally were about letting go of past blocks, which I was better able to do I think than if I hadn’t had the attunement.   Ken K., Wahiawa, HI

The Guardian Angel Attunement
When I first opened the attachment, I felt the energy throughout my whole body. Very similar to what I feel with the (John of God) crystal bed. Then I was getting images of different bursts of colors especially purple & then I'd get images of faces but it wasn't clear enough for me to make it out. It took me longer to go to sleep that 1st night. The last two nights the energy ran through my hands very strong & I could still see bursts of colors but no faces. I had heard that an Intensive Reiki Level 3 class was being held the following week. I thought about it for a quick minute, and needless to say, I was already there, excited and ready to learn.  I learned so many different things from you and Alan that I've never learned in my other Reiki classes.  

I especially like that I have my own spiritual team, with their own spiritual name, whom I can call on and connect with anytime for any situation.   

I have also noticed that my body jolts and I have goosebumps when I received attunements from you as well as other people who were in my class.  I had no such feelings in my former Reiki classes.  I had my aha moment when class had ended and I received my certificate which read, Reiki Master Teacher.  

If I hadn't come to this class, I would've never known that I was able to teach.  I have already passed attunements to 8 people!  

I am so grateful to you and Alan, for welcoming us into your home, for being easily accessible when I need answers to my questions, and for your patience, integrity and compassion!  You both compliment each other, you make a great team and you bring so much to the table.

Hi Pam,

I just wanted to thank you for opening up my spirit world!  When my sister Desi invited me to take the introduction to Reiki class with you back in May, I really had no clue what it was & then I had to Google it to get more info! It sparked my interest and so I agreed.  I didn't have any real expectations for this class and to be honest I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing until I had my first attunement! I could not explain the tingling feeling I was getting in my hands and it really made me feel refreshed and I needed to learn more!

I was so excited to attend the Reiki 1, 2 & master class! It really was an experience I will never forget! I know in my heart that this is something I was guided to do and through this whole process, I've learned that nothing in life is a coincidence!

Hi Pam, 

Yesterday was an amazing experience which left me feeling profoundly changed. As I swim in the ocean today with my family, I am experiencing a sense of serenity and harmony that is entirely new to me. I have no worry or regret, no anger or hesitation. Dear Pam and Alan,

I feel that I have been so entirely transformed this last weekend, that I can barely put any of it into words! I took today off and decided to just BE and bask in the calmness and the peace (and the LOVE!! Wowee!!). 

I got in the car and drove out to Kailua beach for a morning walk, and on the way, I felt the presence of my new guides so strongly and heard them so clearly, I cried tears of joy! I have had anxiety and felt the effects of PTSD for many years, but today marks three whole days without a symptom! The healing began at the first attunement. I feel very free.
