A distortion is a limiting program, belief system, or emotional pattern that hinders, weakens, or diminishes your connection to who-you-really-are: Source energy in a physical body.  Think of distortions as an aberration or misalignment of your soul.

Unfortunately, all of us are born with trauma, non-beneficial patterns, blocks, and programs that we either inherited from our parents and ancestors or accumulated ourselves over the course of past lives and our current life.  These distortions
continue to define and rule our lives until we clear them.   Which is really what the spiritual path is all about. 

The degree of personal and spiritual power we have is directly related to how clear and free we are of past and current distorting influences. 

The challenges and issues we face are made worse when we are wrestling with distortions that we've inherited from our parents and ancestors, in addition to what we have added to the mix in this life.  So often, people are struggling with energies, issues, and negative emotions that don't even belong to them!   This can wreak havoc in your life, leaving you feeling powerless and thinking it's all your fault.  

I am confident that I can help you to shift your distortions and in so doing, raise your vibration so you can heal yourself and create a more harmonious, abundant life.  Being free and clear of distortions, heals and improves your life on every level.

I need to tell you that the healing session you gave me was amazing! I feel so much better, I can think clearer, I am happier and I actually hear myself laughing.  Of course, I miss my dad and still have the grief but my heart is not heavy and I don’t feel like I am carrying the “CROSS” on my back!
