The degree of success and timing will vary from person to person, but after-death communication and continuing contact are becoming more commonplace. This is due to the awakening of humanity, which has thinned the veil separating us from the spirit world. 

There is a lot to learn about spirit communication; however, the most important thing is to have a positive mindset, so you can persevere in connecting. Your belief is the most crucial factor determining your success. If you believe you can connect, you will. If you trust your experiences, more will come.  

Know this: if one person can do something, it means others can, as well. Scores of people are having ongoing contact in many forms, not just random signs. No. Meditation is optional, and interestingly, is not the best way to develop your ability to perceive your loved ones with eyes wide open.  Some people can only make contact when in deep meditation. While that is beautiful, it's not the way to live life 24/7 with your loved one across the veil. Not when your goal is to see, feel, and hear them throughout the day.  Our loved ones can be present with us all day, every day.  

Meditation is wonderful for calming the mind and body, but it isn't required for a relationship across dimensions.

What is more important is the ability to be emotionally and mentally present and fully aware---but that requires focused attention, not meditation.  

By practicing Pam's guided exercises, you'll enter a highly focused, mind-awake/body-asleep state, which will serve you twofold: raise your frequency and develop your innate intuitive gifts.
